Kindly note:
1. Visa processing will take minimum one working days other than Sat, Sun & Holidays.
2. Visa Issuance is solely depending on HONGKONG Immigration, we can only apply for a visa timely.
3. Kindly check all the details on Visa / Insurance Copies, if any Typo error is there please notify us at the same time so that we get sufficient time to get you the new visa. Paradise Tours and Travels Will not be responsible for any last-minute typo error.
4. Please be noted that even one day overstay will be penalized and the same will be borne by the Agent, please make sure that the passenger must exit country on time/ extend the visa / take inside the country a new visa to avoid the overstay fine/absconding charges.
5. If you require OTB, kindly send us an email regarding the same and intimate us before 24-48 hours of travel. We will send you OTB confirmation by email. If you do not receive written confirmation from our side Please CALL US immediately.
6. Visa charges will be non-refundable in the case of Rejection/Stuck in Immigration.
7. Paradise Tours and Travels will not be responsible for any problem, Loss or Damages or Expense of any kind which the applicant may suffer from delay in processing or receiving of visa.
